Epoxy Injection is the filling of fissures or cracks with epoxy resins under pressure to restore the original characteristics of concrete prior to cracking.

Pressure injection of epoxy resins has become widely used to repair foundations damaged due to shifting and expansive soils.  It not only stops the water from leaking in, but it structurally welds concrete back to its original strength.  In most cases the strength of the repaired areas far exceed the original strength of concrete.  Hairline cracks as small as .005" in width can be injected with epoxy.

Normal foundation cracks are injected with a light viscosity resin, similar to a light oil.  Larger cracks are injected with higher viscosity resins, ranging in thickness from honey to paste.  Larger voids can be filled with a sanded epoxy mixture, to bond the damage area together.  Large spalled areas can be repaired and waterproofed, using an epoxy surface coating.

Virtually all damaged concrete can be repaired with some type of epoxy application.
